Then a renewable energy system can be designed to meet the requirements and installed on the property, to be owned and managed by Behind The Meter Energy. Behind The Meter Energy can then use their Utilities Digital software to invoice the tenants or owner for their energy usage only, at a negotiated rate that is less than grid electricity tariffs.
